Kelly Collumb is the Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Gymshark, a global fitness apparel company. Kelly is responsible for all global people projects and initiatives in relation to employee health and wellbeing, equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as volunteering and fundraising.
Having worked in a variety of HR roles since the start of her career, Kelly’s vision is to build a workplace culture where everyone feels like they belong, and to truly make a difference to people’s lives, careers and their overall experience at Gymshark.
